Conrad Murray will travel to Los Angeles and surrender to law enforcement if charged in the death of Michael Jackson, his lawyer told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. "In the event of charges being filed in connection with Michael Jackson's death it would be much cheaper for tax payers if I am able to surrender Dr. Murray myself," Murray's lawyer Michael Flanagan tells RadarOnline.com. "I am hoping the DA will make the right decision and allow me to do this." PHOTOS: Michael Jackson's Vegas Home Sells To Fan For $3.1 Million Murray currently resides in Texas. There are rumblings that the Los Angeles District Attorney's office is preparing to criminally charge Murray in connection with Jackson's August 2009 death from "acute propofol intoxication." Murray admits he administered the drug to Jackson on the day of the singer's death. PHOTOS: Dr Conrad Murray Returns To Work Legal ace Flanagan is prepared for his client to charged as early as next week and would prefer to surrender his client rather than have law enforcement come get him. "I believe the DA would be inclined to allow me to surrender him, but they have no control over the LAPD who have the final decision on what to do with Dr. Murray if he is charged," Flanagan told RadarOnline.com "Dr. Murray is currently in Texas but if I am told by the DA to have him in a courtroom where he will be formally arraigned he will be there." Dr. Conrad Murray Asks Church Congregation To Pray For Him Flanagan also says he has had "very limited contact" with the DA's office and does not definitively know if Murray will be charged. I have some really bad news :(:(
Murray really killed MJ. The police is done with their investigations and announced that they'll sue Murray because of homicide and wanton negligence. In the worst case for him he could go to jail for 15 years! I really don't wanna be a bad human, but this is not fair. MJ had to pay with his life and this cruel monster just has to go to jail for 15 years? And this is not even sure. They could just put him in jail for 5 years or not even for a second! When MJ was accused of child molestation they put him imediately into jail in front of his little children although there was not one prove! But Murray is still free like a bird although it's proved he KILLED him and he is even going on with his job as doctor at the moment! I can't believe that...

Dr. Conrad Murray – what updates on him?Hope you know Dr. Conrad Murray! He is the doctor who has been investigated for Michael Jackson’s death. What about him now, you ask? Well…his attorney informs TMZ that they are still to speak up about the case. TMZ reports that Michael Flanagan, the lawyer of Dr. Murray, has been in touch with Pat Dixon, the Head Deputy District Attorney in the L.A. County D.A.’s office. It is reported that Pat has not revealed anything so far about the case against Dr. Murray. Flanagan has said that Dixon can’t disclose anything related to the case that could be forwarded to L.A. County Grand Jury. However, a representative of Dixon says that he has spoken to Flanagan about the issue but only that he won’t discuss any information about the case. He has never told about the Grand Jury’s involvement in the case, confirms the same source. It is reported that the officials at the LA County D.A is yet to finalize whether Murray will get an involuntary manslaughter. As told by Flanagan, Murray should never get manslaughter as he has not transgressed on MJ’s health care. Flanagan also says that it would be “very difficult” for the officials at D.A to charge Murray on carelessness and there is no proof which leads him for a manslaughter. google_protectAndRun("render_ads.js::google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad); It means the final judgment on Murray’s case is still pending and we have to wait more for

I WATCHED THE JACKSON SHOW TONIGHT, IT WAS JUST LOVELY. WHEN THEY WENT TO LONDON AND WENT TO THE ARENA WHERE MICHAEL WAS GONNA START HIS CONCERTS, WAS VERY MOVING. TITO WAS ACTUALLY STANDING IN THE SPOT WHERE MICHAEL WAS STANDING. AND WHEN THEY WENT TO THE STORE AND SEEN ALL THE MEMORABLE THINGS, SUCH AS TEE SHIRTS AND EVERYTHING, YOU COULD SEE THE SADNESS IN THERE FACES. JACKIE, EVEN SAID THAT HE DOESN'T LIKE TO TALK ABOUT MICHAEL HE JUST GETS SO UPSET, AND JUST STARTS TO CRY. ONE THING THAT THEY SAID, WAS THAT THE FANS LOVED THEM ALL. AND WHEN THEY SEEN MICHAEL IN THE HANDCUFFS, THEY SHOULD OF JUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING. TITO, IS DIFFERENT, HE LOOKS LIKE THAT HE WOULD OF REALLY HURT SOMEONE IF HE WAS THERE, HE EVEN SAID THAT HE DOESN'T LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE BOTHER HIS FAMILY. IT JUST SEEMS SO WEIRD SEEING THEM AND WATCHING THEM WITHOUT MICHAEL. I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL TONIGHT THAT THEY ALL HAD STARTED THE REALITY SHOW MONTHS BEFORE MICHEAL HAD LEFT THE WORLD. MICHAEL'S DEATH IKS STILL SO HARD TO ALOT OF US INCLUDING HIS FAMILY. RIP, MICHAEL JUST KEEP WATCHING OVER EVERYTHING.

DATE for submitted charges by the case JACKSON to the 2010 the ANGELES, 01 December-the authorities at the forefront of research into the death of Michael Jackson delayed to submit charges until the next year, according to the digital edition of the Los Angeles Times newspaper published. According to this newspaper, complexity and the abundance of medical evidence postergará at the time any formal charge "rather than weeks months". Federal and local agents initiated an investigation for homicide shortly after the death of the "King of pop" 25 June due to anaesthetics, acute poisoning as certified forensic analysis. The who was the artist, Conrad Murray, personal doctor became the center of the police inquiries, cooperated with the authorities and was questioned on several occasions. Their testimonies, Murray acknowledged having managed to Jackson substances which caused death, only available prescription, although denied acting improperly. Receipts found in the records in the real estate of Murray tested the doctor had taken drugs found in the body of Jackson at a pharmacy in Las Vegas. The doctor explained to authorities that the "King of pop" had an addiction to sedatives and that he had attempted to detoxify it.

TRUST ME I UNDERSTAND HOW SOME PEOPLE MAY GET OFFEND BY THAT. BUT, IN REAILTY, WE CAN NOT STOP PEOPLE FROM USING ANYTHING. YOU MUST REMEMBER THAT HE CALLED HIMSELF JACKO, HIMSELF. AND THEN WE HAVE THE LAW FREEDOM OF SPEACH, AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THAT. THEY CALLED HIM A CHILD MOLESTATOR, BUT COULD TO FIND OUT HE WASN'T. NOW IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS PERSON, HAS A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH IT. NOW IF MICHAEL COULD CALL HIMSELF JACKO, THEN WHO ARE WE NOT TO USE IT. I AM NOT KNOCKING YOUR OWN FEELINGS BECAUSE YOU HAVE THAT RIGHT. NOW IF HIS FAMILY SAYS SOMETHING, THEN I THINK THAT PEOPLE WILL STOP. BUT UNTIL THEN WE ALL KNOW HIM AS MICHAEL JACKSON, SO JUST REFER TO HIM AS HIS GIVEN NAME. MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON.

Jermaine: 'Abuse victim cleared Jackson'9 hours 21 mins ago WENN Michael Jackson's alleged abuse victim has cleared the King Of Pop's name by insisting the singer "never touched" him, according to the star's brother Jermaine. Skip related content Jackson was the centre of a 13-month police investigation after Evan Chandler accused the Thriller hitmaker of molesting his son Jordan in 1993. The star was eventually cleared of any wrongdoing in the courts, paying the then-teenager £13.8 million for "personal injuries arising out of claims of negligence" in return for dropping a civil suit against him. Jordan has never spoken publicly about the case - but Jermaine claims the 29 year old has come forward since Jackson's death, admitting the late superstar never molested him. And Jermaine believes Jordan's dad Evan committed suicide earlier this month because his guilt over the false accusations was too much to bear. He says, "From the '93 case, they were accusing him (Jackson) of just the most horrible things. This kid's father has committed suicide because he just couldn't take it and now the kid has come forward and said Michael never touched him." Officials ruled 56-year-old Evan Chandler's death a suicide after he was found with a gunshot wound to the head and a revolver in his hand at his home in New Jersey.

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWING HIM BACK TO WORK. ONE GOOD THING THAT I HSAVE LEARNED ABOUT HIM AND THATS HE IS UNDER INVESTAGATED, ON OTHER CRIMES. I BELIEVE THE SUM WAS $400,000. BUT TO ALLOW HIM TO WORK WITH OTHER PEOPLE IS A SIN. THEY BETTER PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO HIM, BEFORE HE KILLS SOMEONE ELSE, JUST LIKE HE MURDER MICHAEL JACKSON.

Michael Jackson sex case dad Evan Chandler wanted justice but ended up destroyedExclusive By Ryan Parry 19/11/2009 Slumped on his bed with a single bullet wound to the head, Evan Chandler was barely recognisable as the prominent Beverly Hills citizen he had once been. The 65-year-old dentist who accused Michael Jackson of molesting his young son killed himself in his waterfront flat. Police said he was still holding the .38-calibre revolver when his body was found on November 5. And as details of his death were released this week, it emerged his face had been mutilated by a string of cosmetic procedures. He was also known to regularly use botox and cosmetic fillers in an obsessive DIY bid to enhance his fading looks. Neighbours say Chandler became a recluse in his last years, shutting himself inside the 16th-floor flat. Police found five different prescription drugs in the apartment but was no suicide note. Whats clear is Chandler died a broken man, gravely ill and estranged from his family. A relative said: Evan began to develop tremendous mood swings. He was always depressed. He stopped coming to family events because he was afraid of being recognised. That turned into permanent estrangement. The tragedy is that Chandlers suicide can be directly linked to the allegations he fired at the King of Pop. Once a handsome, high-flying professional, Chandler saw his life turned upside down by his son Jordys claims against Jackson. In 1993, Chandler reported Jackson to the authorities, claiming the singer molested 13-year-old Jordy. A grand jury was convened to look into the charges. Chandler claimed he became concerned about the stars relationship with his son after a number of creepy sleepovers and tried to get an order stopping Jackson from seeing Jordy. He blamed ex-wife June for letting their son visit Jacko in return for gifts and holidays. And when Jordy finally told his dad Jacko HAD touched him intimately, Chandler claimed he had the evidence he needed and confronted Jacko. Cops swooped on Neverland seizing videos, photos, diaries, and rolls of film. They also found an album of nude boys. But Jackson countered it was a simple case of extortion. Youngsters were paraded to say they had slept in the same bed as Jacko but it was perfectly innocent. Millions supported the star with Chandler and Jordy reviled worldwide. Chandler then brought a civil case. The singer promptly settled for s16 million and the police investigation was dropped when Jordy refused to testify. At the time Chandler said: Perhaps this amount will convince Michael not to abuse any more children. The case was a sensation on TV networks all over the planet. But Jackos lawyers maintained Chandler was using his son in a ploy to cash in on the stars millions. They even employed infamous Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano to try and discredit the family. He recorded Chandlers phone calls and claimed he was desperate to break into the movies and was looking for hush money. The whole affair had a devastating effect on the Chandlers. They received hate mail and death threats from fans and couldnt go out in public. Advertisement - article continues below » //var sm_random = Math.round(Math.random()*1000000);var u = '';var r = '';try{ u = encodeURIComponent(document.location); r = encodeURIComponent(document.referrer);}catch(e){}document.write(""); Former county sheriff Jim Thomas, in office at the time, said he never held it against the family for taking the money and running. They probably did it because they thought it was in their best interest, he said after learning of Chandlers death in Jersey City, New Jersey. When Jackson was prosecuted in 2005 for allegedly molesting young Gavin Arvizo, Jordys mum June testified she was estranged from her son as a result of the Jackson probe and settlement. Everybody was touched tragically, Thomas said. I dont know that anybody came out of this in a better way. In a second messy court drama in 1996, Chandler filed a s40million lawsuit against Jackson and then-wife Lisa Marie Presley, claiming they breached a confidentiality agreement by talking about the case on TV. He also accused Jacko of marrying Lisa-Marie

"T his Is It," Michael Jackson told his fans in London, announcing his forthcoming concert tour. "This is the final curtain call." The curtain fell sooner than expected. What is left is this extraordinary documentary, nothing at all like what I was expecting to see. Here is not a sick and drugged man forcing himself through grueling rehearsals, but a spirit embodied by music. Michael Jackson was something else. The film has been assembled from rehearsals from April through June 2009 for a concert tour scheduled for last summer. The footage was "captured by a few cameras," an opening screen tells us, but they were professional high-def cameras and the sound track is full-range stereo. The result is one of the most revealing music documentaries I've seen. And it's more than that. It's a portrait of Michael Jackson that belies all the rumors that he would have been too weak to tour. That shows not the slightest trace of a spoiled prima donna. That benefits from the limited number of cameras by allowing us to experience his work in something closer to realistic time, instead of fracturing it into quick cuts. That provides both a good idea of what the final concert would have looked like, and a portrait of the artist at work. Never raising his voice, never showing anger, always soft-spoken and courteous to his cast and crew, Michael, with his director, Kenny Ortega, micromanages the production. He corrects timing, refines cues, talks about details of music and dance. Seeing him always from a distance, I thought of him as the instrument of his producing operation. Here we see that he was the auteur of his shows. We know now that Michael was subjected to a cocktail of drugs in the time leading up to his fatal overdose, including the last straw, a drug so dangerous it should only be administered by an anesthesiologist in an operating room. That knowledge makes it hard to understand how he appears to be in superb physical condition. His choreography, built from such precise, abrupt and perfectly timed movements, is exhausting, but he never shows a sign of tiring. His movements are so well synchronized with the other dancers on stage, who are much younger and highly trained, that he seems one with them. This is a man in such command of his physical instrument that he makes spinning in place seem as natural as blinking his eye. He has always been a dancer first, and then a singer. He doesn't specialize in solos. With the exception of a sweet love ballad, his songs all incorporate four backup singers and probably supplementary tracks prerecorded by himself. It is the whole effect he has in mind. It might have been a hell of a show. Ortega and special effects wizards coordinate pre-filmed sequences with the stage work. There's a horror-movie sequence with ghouls rising from a cemetery (and ghosts that were planned to fly above the audience). Michael is inserted into scenes from Rita Hayworth and Humphrey Bogart movies, and through clever f/x even has a machine-gun battle with Bogie. His environmental pitch is backed by rain forest footage. He rides a cherry-picker high above the audience. His audience in this case consists entirely of stagehands, gaffers, technicians and so on. These are working people who have seen it all. They love him. They're not pretending. They love him for his music and perhaps even more for his attitude. Big stars in rehearsal are not infrequently pains in the ass. Michael plunges in with the spirit of a co-worker, prepared to do the job and go the distance. How was that possible? Even if he had the body for it, which he obviously did, how did he muster the mental strength? When you have a doctor on duty around the clock to administer the prescription medications you desire, when your idea of a good sleep is reportedly to be unconscious for 24 hours, how do you wake up into such a state of keen alertness? Uppers? I don't think it quite works that way. I was watching like a hawk for any hint of the effects of drug abuse, but couldn't see any. Perhaps it's significant that of all the people in the rehearsal space, he is the only one whose arms are covered at all times by long sleeves. Well, we don't know how he did it. "This Is It" is proof that he did do it. He didn't let down his investors and colleagues. He was fully prepared for his opening night. He and Kenny Ortega, who also directed this film, were at the top of their game. There's a moving scene on the last day of rehearsal when Jackson and Ortega join hands in a circle with all the others and thank them. But the concert they worked so hard on was never to be. This is it.
