It's about Proposition 600 that CongressWoman Sheila Jackson Lee spoke about at Michael's memorial service.

This is the resolution that would make Michael Jackson an American legend. For all that seen the memorial this is what was on the Plaque when Dem. Sheila Jackson Lee spoke. We need to all support this because without MJ a lot of opportunities we take for granted in the entertainment world would not be present. The resolution is getting some slack in Congress. This group if we get enough support might help push it. God bless and keep MJ in your hearts always.
