Michael 

In 1958 a Child of God came to earth 
Ever since the day he was born 
He was incredibly talented
And he was sent with a very important message
He knew how to change the world

Through his music he reaches a lot of people
The ones who really listen
Understand his message 
But not everybody does
Some say he is strange 
But they are just scared
Because he is so perfect

Some people are incredibly self-centered and selfish
They just don't get it.
They say he is a bad person 
And call him Wacko
Some people even use him
Just to make money 
But is this how human beings treat each other? 
Where is the love? 

And Why? 
How much can one man take?

He just wanted to heal the world
Before it would be too late
He gave LOVE to the world
He just did what was right. 

But then there was June 25, 2009
The world stood still for a moment
I felt so empty inside
I cried all day 
It felt like someone stabbed a knife in my heart
The sky was dark and I felt so alone
I was completely devastated

But a few days later it all changed 

I saw that the sun was still shining 
And the trees were still standing
People were still smiling 
And children were still playing 

Life goes on 
And I know he is not really gone
He lives on 
In every heart of the ones who love him

The messenger might be gone
But the message lives on
Cause true love never dies
